How to Use Your Mold Test Kit

Step 1 – Choose your test location Pick any area of concern — your bedrooms, kitchen, attic, HVAC vent, garage, car, or office.
Step 2 – Collect the sample For air tests, open the petri dish for 1 hour in the room with windows and doors closed. For surface tests, use the included swab to gently wipe any suspicious spots.
Step 3 – Seal and label Close the petri dish, apply the label, and place it in the resealable plastic bag.
Step 4 – Wait & observe Store the plate at room temperature. Mold growth (if present) will typically appear within 48–72 hours.

I have bad allergies so I tried this kit and put throughout my home. One area came up with mold. I keep several air purifiers running now and a person is coming to get mold out. Very useful and great price! Definitely works.

Simple and great customer service

This is very easy to do and the customer service was extremely helpful and replied in a half day. It also comes with everything to do 6 test areas twice (12 total).A couple things to add... tape the entire edge of the petri dish since since you might need to remove from the plastic bags after a few days to take pictures (wearing a mask might be good too) and put your sticker labels on the bags and not the petri dish so you don't block any visible mold growth.

Great product, after you use the product you can send a photo to their lab and they diagnose for you. It is then up to you to get a mold inspector.
